The incense and flower offering ceremony of the Youth Union took place in a solemn and respectful atmosphere. This is an opportunity for the youth of the Culture Sector to review the fine traditions of previous generations through meaningful stories about the indomitable will, steadfast spirit and the training and learning process of "turning the penitentiary into a school" of revolutionary soldiers, thereby adding pride and appreciation to life today. At the National Special Historical Site of Buon Ma Thuot Penitentiary, the Historical Site of the Memorial Site for Southward Soldiers and the National Historical Site of Lac Giao Communal House, each incense stick was offered as a commitment of present generation to their predecessors: leading a worthy life and continuing the revolutionary flame.
