In the morning on May 17th, 2018, the Group of Non-productive Units under Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a conference to launch an emulation movement and concluding contract of emulation in 2018. Participating in the conference were Mr. Nguyen Van Ha, Deputy Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mrs. Le Thi Chung, head of Department Office and representatives of the units under the emulation group.
The conference approved those which was a draft of Action Plan of the Emulation Movement of the emulation of Non-productive Units under Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2018; a draft of Regulation on Emulation and Reward in 2018 of the Emulation Group of the non-productive units in 2018; Signing the Emulation Agreement of the Emulation Group of Units under Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2018. At the conference, representatives of the Units of the Emulation Group discussed and passed the emulation contents. Addressing the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Ha - Deputy Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized: "Mission of the Emulation Group is to fulfill the professional tasks of each unit, to learn and to make coordination closely in professional work, exchanging and tightening solidarity". At the end of the conference, the representatives of the Non-productive Units of the Emulation Group signed the emulation agreement in 2018.
