LAUNCHING THE AUDIO GUIDE SYSTEM AND INTRODUCTION OF DIGITAL CONVERSION OF DAK LAK MUSEUM
On March 8th, 2023, Dak Lak Museum cooperated with Vietsoftpro Corporation to launch the Audio Guide system, on the occasion of the event of introducing digital transformation activities and Opening the temporary exhibition "Traditional costumes of peoples in Dak Lak".
The Audio Guide system at Dak Lak Museum runs in parallel on two platforms, a mobile application and dedicated handheld devices, providing a more diverse choice for visitors. In particular, It is a new module of Vietsoftpro Corporation with many outstanding features to help visitors easily use and interact with a simple, eye-catching and easy-to-understand interface.

The Audio Guide system is arranged at regular exhibition spaces of Biodiversity, Peoples and History, including 33 points of typical stories, carefully selected in terms of content, helping visitors actively learn about information on display, contributing to improve the tour quality at Dak Lak Museum.

The most outstanding feature of this application is viewing 3D artifacts, which allows visitors to view artifacts from multiple perspectives, interact with 360 degrees and look up information about artifacts from interactive points.

In the current period, the Audio Guide system at Dak Lak Museum is introduced with the Vietnamese version. In the near future, this system will be added with many new languages, aiming to serve more visitors.
The launch of the Audio Guide system in the series of digital transformation activities at Dak Lak Museum is an urgent need in order to promote the application of information technology in collection, storage, preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage values of the province; and to enable visitors to have a more enjoyable experience.
