The program was participated by two witnesses, Mr. Le Chi Quyet - Former Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Former Secretary of Party Committee of Buon Ma Thuot Military Administrative Committee and Mr. Ama H'Oanh – Former Deputy Provincial Committee Secretary of Dak Lak, together with representatives of departments and agencies under Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak, representatives of Training and Propaganda Department of Politics Department of Provincial Military Headquarters, the teachers and more than 200 students from Hoang Viet School and Dong Du School. Speaking in the opening, Mrs. Nguyen Thuy Phuong Hieu - Director of Dak Lak Provincial Museum said "Although the war has stopped for 43 years, memories of a period of the violent war with bomb and ammunition storms in the Buon Ma Thuot historic battle, opening the victory of the Spring 1975 Campaign for the whole South liberation and the country unification always engrave and exist in the minds of those who contributed to making the history victory. All are remembered through the lively stories filled with the emotions of the witnesses who participated in the Buon Ma Thuot historic battle on March 10th”. The meeting and talking took place in the warm and friendly atmosphere where the witnesses shared the emotional stories, reviewed the heroic history of the army and people of Dak Lak province in the Buon Ma Thuot battle. This was the key battle for the Spring 1975 Campaign for the whole South liberation and the country unification. The students had opportunities to interact with the historical witnesses to get understanding about the Buon Ma Thuot battle, they watched a documentary film of Buon Ma Thuot historical battle and then answered the questions and they took part in the contest "Folding military blankets", ... These exchanging activities aimed to make a contribution to educate young generation’s patriotism tradition in the province and promote the spirit of solidarity and preservation of historical values ​​of the nation.
